It Drives Foot Traffic
Prospective AE Player Rewards members can sign up at any Accel location – or they can sign up from anywhere using the AE Player mobile app! Members can check in at ANY Accel location once per hour, making it more likely they’ll stay longer at your location. With over 100,000 AE Player Rewards members and over 5,000,000 check-ins in the past two years, AE Player Rewards is sure to increase foot traffic to your location. Check-ins help members raise their status-level in the program, and count as entries into Current Giveaways, exclusive Status-Level Giveaways, and the even bigger Quarterly Status-Level Giveaway. By checking in, members can also win exciting prizes like immediate Instant Wins!
The goal of AE Player Rewards is not only to reward loyal patrons, but also to make them want to keep coming back to your establishment. Accel accomplishes this through our tiered rewards system. This drives engagement by giving access to bigger prizes the more times that patrons check in based on their current status-level. Accel also has specific days throughout the month for participants to double, triple and even quadruple their giveaway entries for the respective day, driving traffic to our gaming locations on historically low-performing days or holidays!
Besides the standard patron loyalty system, the AE Prize Patrol is what helps AE Player Rewards stand apart. With access to two AE Prize Patrol vans, Accel hosts exciting events at your location at no cost to you, handling the planning, promoting and execution ourselves. During AE Prize Patrol events, patrons who check into AE Player Rewards at your location will get the chance to play exciting games including Plinko, Spin The Wheel, and the Money Machine. With chances to win AE swag or real cash prizes, Prize Patrol events are sure to keep new and current customers coming back for more fun and more prizes at your establishment!
It Provides Valuable Information
For a nominal $25 monthly fee, Accel locations will receive an AE Player Rewards Kiosk. Patrons can use the Kiosk to check in to AE Player Rewards and simultaneously check in to any co-operative promotions your location is holding with Accel – making running an in-house promotion easier than ever. When you opt in to the AE Player Rewards Kiosk, your location also gains access to the Accel Loyalty Engine (ALE). With ALE, you are provided valuable information on your patrons’ behaviors and habits, such as high-traffic times and frequent return patrons. ALE’s features also allow you to create virtual punch cards and craft customized emails and text messages to keep your patrons engaged and encourage repeat visits. It has never been easier for you to connect with your patrons!
AE Player Rewards is continually evolving to provide Accel locations with more benefits for their gaming establishment, offering their patrons the biggest prizes and best events possible. Exciting prizes won so far have included cash, gifts, cruise packages, and even vacations! Since first launching in March 2021, AE Player Rewards has given out over 2 million dollars to Accel patrons, and this number only continues to grow!
