Accel's in-house Service Solutions Call Center is open 24 hours a day — 365 days a year. Our team of trained professionals are always available to help. The 24-hour service phone line is manned strictly by Accel team members — not an outside service.

SUPPORT CENTERS

Accel’s nine Illinois support centers and 200 technicians ensure speedy response times and a 92% first fix rate. Accel’s support centers are located in Burr Ridge, Champaign, Collinsville, LaSalle, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield, Tinley Park and Watseka.

COLLECTION AND TREASURY SERVICES

Accel also has in-house cash collection and treasury services and a locked cassette system. We do not transfer open cash in your establishment while we collect.

WE TAKE CARE OF OUR EQUIPMENT:

   

   

Accel provides a Preventative Maintenance program to all our partner locations — free of charge. Establishment site visits occur every 30-45 days for:

  • Routine maintenance checks
  • Comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting of all machines
  • Application of a shine agent to give video gaming terminals that “new” look
